Lightroom could be a very good software, very complex, with tools and options that can be risked to perish. Each of us learn to use it according to personal needs, but often, in our workflow, we do not exploit the fundamental potentialities. The Spot removal tool in Lightroom could be very useful to remove spots generated from dirty camera sensors. A little trick: if you want the spots to be more evident, just check the Visualize Spots option. It will convert the image in a sort of a black and white negative, in wich you can encrease or decrease the edges.
